Posted by Serious in : PMS , trackbackIt is estimated that most women of reproductive age experience some symptoms in the premenstrual phase of the cycle and about 30-40% seek help from their physician. Conventional treatments range from antidepressants to hormone therapy including NSAIDS (Advil Motrin etc). Alternative therapy’s usually include vitamin B6. In the alternative treatments there is a new entry called NMS Neuromuscular Support and feedback from several patients who have tried it claim it is very effective if started a couple of days before the cycle starts and continued throughout the cycle.
