Many of these types of injuries are exacerbated by the fact that they cover a large area, such as the entirety of one side of the body. When this happens to you, make sure you moisturize the affected area, and also take the proper pain relief. You shouldn’t have to suffer and you shouldn’t wind up with damaged skin all because you wanted a day at the beach. Take care of yourself.
