As you get older, exercise pain becomes more of an issue. Yet it becomes more and more important for you to make sure you get your exercise, in order to keep your body from losing bone density and muscle mass. Even as early as your twenties, and especially if you have gone through an inactive period, you can begin to experience muscle strain much more easily than you did as a child. Take care of your body and don’t let pain keep you down.
